Releases are notarized, indexed by scene ID, and retrievable within 60 seconds by the performer, their legal counsel, or a 2257 custodian audit. Talent keeps a non-exclusive license to relicense the footage elsewhere; we keep a non-exclusive distribution license. No clause survives a written takedown — removal is processed inside our standard 90-minute moderation SLA.

Inspection requests from verified counsel or federal authorities are answered within 72 hours; routine performer access is same-day. Our compliance binder is reviewed annually by an outside firm, and a redacted copy of the most recent audit letter (dated 11 March 2025) is available to performers in their dashboard.
